NPD recently has released a report on ten top-selling game of the year 2010.
NPD (National Purchase Diary) Group, a North American market research institute, said that the ten best-selling games are not just coming from the PC world, but also from gaming consoles such as Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, or PSP3/PSP.

According to the report, the top-selling game was occupied by Call of Duty: Black Ops. Game that was released on November 9, 2010 was present for the PC platform, the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii, and DS. While second place is held Madden NFL 11 is present for the platforms Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PS2, and PSP.
